New Watch

I got a new watch yesterday.  The fitbit Ionic.  I got it because it is supposed to monitor your sleep patterns. Now maybe it did for the type of sleep that I supposedly got, but it didn’t get it anywhere near right for how much I was awake.  My wife put her light out, and I continued reading my current book, which is all about this ketogenic diet for cancer, Keto For Cancer: Ketogenic Metabolic Therapy as a Targeted Nutritional Strategy, by Miriam Kalamian.  I thoroughly recommend the book to anyone who wants to follow me on this journey.

The thing is, I know I was reading for another hour after my wife put her light out, and I was laid awake for yet another.  I will keep an eye on it’s so called sleep “monitoring” because if the first night is anything to go by…. I won’t be subjecting myself to the EMF’s for long.

Thoughts on the day

The readings of 5.9 and 1.9 above, are typical of the way that other days have started since being on this diet.  Strange thing is, I was up at 3.9 blood ketone rating before I went to bed, and when I got up this morning, it was down.  Maybe it’s just that I don’t have the excess fat to spare.

Tumour Feedback

I can feel it is there this morning, not pain as such, but I know of it’s presence.

After a bit of lunch, it again, like yesterday, felt as if I had fed the tumour.  Once I had eaten, it was as if I had fed the tumour some carbs.  I wanted to visit the toilet.  And when I got there, there was nothing to do.  Showed a bit of blood on the toilet roll.

Post Coffee Enema

I usually do the coffee enema in the afternoon.  I will post here what my feelings are afterwards.

Afternoon

Blood Glucose

5.8 mmol/L

Ketone Level

Weight

Kg

Breakfast

Green Tea, nothing else, I’m on my second cup as I type this.

Lunch

Whipped cream with nuts, plenty of nuts, macadamia, pecans and brazil nuts.  I am getting a bit fed up of this restricted diet.  The trouble is, I’m too busy reading about the keto diet instead of getting some recipes.  That all needs to change.

Dinner

Fish again, yes, we generally have fish and chips from the chippy once a week, and for me it’s just the fish and no batter.

I am now getting used to it.  I made some onion in vinegar to go with it, which was really nice.

Evening

Blood Glucose

Ketone Level
