Bread Recipe

I have found three different recipes online for ketogenic bread, and I am going to attempt to get the ingredients today.

Thoughts on the day

This whole ketosis thing is getting confusing.  I am using the cronometer app and website, and am consuming less than my 20g per day of carbs.  However, my ketone blood level, and my blood glucose levels don’t seem to be where I think they should be.  Maybe it is just me.

Tumour Feedback

None so far this morning as I type this.

How is this for a ketogenic friendly lunch?  Two tablespoons of Extra Virgin Olive Oil, and cream, into a small blender and whipped up.  It doesn’t get any more keto than that.  Fat and more fat.

Tumour feelings.  Well, I would have thought, that such a fat laden food item would not effect the tumour.  I was wrong, just like when I eat carbs.  I got a feeling that I had “fed it!” it wasn’t anywhere near as pronounced as it is when I have carbs, but it was definitely there.

After Lunch

Post Coffee Enema

Coffee enema today, was not as I would have expected, give my recent posts on here, and my recent history, I would have thought that I wouldn’t have an issue getting rid of the coffee.  How wrong can I be?  For a while there it was very difficult indeed.

I do have a swelling around the outlet when I usually attempt to empty my bowel.  I don’t know if it was just that, but for history stake, I am documenting it here.

Pain in the arse

Just prior to dinner tonight, I have got some pretty bad pain from the tumour area.   I hope that this is because it’s not getting fed and is feeling the effects.  Certainly since taking the Keto-Pro Exogenous Ketones my ketone level has gone up to 3.4 which is a great result as far as I am concerned.

Breakfast

Green Tea, nothing else, I’m on my second cup as I type this.

Lunch

Olive oil, and full fat whipping cream.  This was a fully fledged ketogenic bit of a snack, and I didn’t expect any feedback from the tumour area.  However, that wasn’t the case.

Disappointed to say the least.

Dinner

Chilli with peppers.  No rice. Took my blood tests an hour later and am pleased with the results below.

Taking a look at my calories summary, another not so good day if I am going to try to keep the weight on.

Evening
