5.2 mmol/L

Ketone Level

1.5
mmol/L

Weight

65.9

Highest Ever Ketone Level

I was quite chuffed, that last night I hit an all term high with the ketone level. At 5.0 I was impressed.  However, it’s back down again this morning.  I simply don’t understand.

Thoughts on the day

I simply can’t get my head around how my ketone level and blood glucose keep fluctuating so much.

Tumour Feedback

First thing this morning, I had nothing whatsoever.  And when I say nothing whatsoever, I mean exactly that.  I didn’t even know it was there.

Strange thing happened though.  I had a cup of green tea.  Then I felt as if I wanted the toilet.  My standard feelings when I feed the tumour with carbs.  Obviously, it wasn’t carbs, it was just the green tea.  So, when I went, there was a lot of passing of wind, no faeces, but when I wiped what was wet.  There was nothing but blood on there.

Post Coffee Enema

No problems today, and that’s a good thing.

Afternoon

Blood Glucose

5.3 mmol/L

Ketone Level

2.3
mmol/L

Weight

65.9
Kg

Breakfast

Green Tea, nothing else, I’m on my second cup as I type this.

Lunch

Omelette with cheese.  It’s ages since I had an omelette.  Put cheese over the top and browned it under the grill, scrummy.

Dinner

Chicken drumsticks with peas.

We were struggling to find something that I could eat, and my wife, came up with this, wow.  what a life saver.  I was nearly diving into the chip pan.  No seriously, we were struggling, and this did fit the bill for tonight.

However, I have had a serious negative calorie balance tonight.  Yes, I didn’t add all of the nuts I have eaten to the calculator, but even so.  I’m going to have to get weighed tomorrow.

Evening

Blood Glucose

7.5 mmol/L

Ketone Level

1.3
mmol/L

Weight

65.9
Kg
